Do We Accept Insurance?We currently do not accept insurance and only offer private pay services, however, we are working to incorporate insurance payments in the near future. We thank you for your understanding.

Do We Assist with Appointment Check-In?Yes. Our drivers will not only take you to your appointment, we will also walk you inside and make sure you get checked in.

Do We Assist with Stairs?Our drivers can assist with wheelchair movements over one or two small steps. For larger stairs we kindly ask you make appropriate arrangements with stair assistance prior to your appointment.

Do I Have to Be There With My Loved One For the Appointment?While our drivers are not qualified caregivers, we do assist with appointment check-in and door to door assistance. Riders may also choose to have a caregiver or loved one ride in the passenger seat.
