Yes. Our drivers will not only take you to your appointment, we will also walk you inside and make sure you get checked in.
Our drivers can assist with wheelchair movements over one or two small steps. For larger stairs we kindly ask you make appropriate arrangements with stair assistance prior to your appointment.
While our drivers are not qualified caregivers, we do assist with appointment check-in and door to door assistance. Riders may also choose to have a caregiver or loved one ride in the passenger seat.
